The ground floor has four air-conditioned rooms and is the most spacious and luxurious of the entire house. It has a swimming pool in a lush garden and lush vegetation with large palm trees (distinctive from the tropics). There are chairs, loungers and hammocks scattered in the backyard.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a nice and spacious terrace with a rustic wood and tile style with hammock, excellent decoration.
